A philanthropist, artist, writer and webmaster, she has garnered her creative powers to create a place that shares the creativity and artistry of Latina women with the world. Latinas can showcase their art, music and writings with others that share their love of creative expression. This month, Cristina is the featured artist at Art by Latina Artists. Maria Sanchez describes her mission poetically. "We are mothers, sisters, primas, daughters, grandmothers, comadres and amigas. We are artists, poets, musicians, artesanas, and designers. Each with our own style and unique personalities. We are from different walks of life, yet we share our latino heritage in our voices and creative expression.
